IRONMAN and ROKA Sports Expand Partnership to Include IRONMAN 70.3 U.S. Series

DALLAS, Tex. / TAMPA, Fla. (Mar. 1, 2016) – ROKA Sports, Inc., a premium multisport brand, and IRONMAN, the largest participation sports platform in the world, today announced their expanded partnership naming ROKA as the Official Swim Course Sponsor of the IRONMAN® 70.3® U.S. Series. Slated to extend through 2018, the expanded partnership will also now include the 2017 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship event that will take place in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As part of the partnership, IRONMAN will continue to carry an assortment of ROKA co-branded performance products including swimskins, wetsuits, caps, goggles and other swimwear.

ROKA became the Official Swim Course Sponsor of the IRONMAN U.S. Series in a partnership that began last year, and athletes at the 2015 IRONMAN World Championship wore their swimskins more than any other brand. According to the annual swimskin count conducted by LAVA Magazine, at the 39th edition of the IRONMAN World Championship, nearly 25% of the field of more than 2,000 triathletes relied on swimskins made by ROKA.

ROKA and U.S. Masters Swimming Announce New Official Partner Agreement

The ROKA brand burst into the triathlon and swimming markets in 2013 and was quickly embraced by top athletes. “ROKA was founded by former All-American swimmers, so swimming is in our DNA.
