U.K. SHIPPING OPTIONS
- ROKA U.K. ships to most addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
- We offer free Standard shipping to qualifying addresses for orders over £100.00 (after discounts are applied).
- All products ship from our fulfillment center in Liege, Belgium.
- Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday.
- Order cutoff time for in-stock items to ship same day is 15:30pm Central European Time.
Time in Transit:
- GLS (Royal Mail): 2-3 business days from ship date
- DHL Standard: 2-3 business days from ship date
- DHL Express: 1 business day from ship date

What orders qualify for free shipping?
- Free shipping offers may vary depending on whether a shipping promotion is available at the time. Currently, on ROKA U.K., any order over £100 (post discounts applied) qualify for free standard shipping.
How are shipping costs calculated?
- Shipping costs vary depending on shipping address, shipping option and preferred shipping carrier. The GBP rate per option will be displayed for your review at checkout. Once you select the shipping option, the fee will be applied to your order total.
Where does ROKA U.K. ship to?
- ROKA U.K. ships to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to the Channel Islands.
Does ROKA U.K. ship to P.O. Box addresses?
- Unfortunately, ROKA U.K. does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Can products be delivered to a different mailing address from the billing address?
- Yes, you can ship to a different address than your billing address. Your billing address should reflect the payment method address. Shipping address is at your discretion and can vary from the billing address.
How long will it take for my purchase to reach me?

AFTER YOU ORDER
Once I place an order, how quickly will it ship?
- Orders placed before 15:30 Central European Time in order for it to ship the same business day. If placed after 15:30 Central European Time, it will ship the next business day.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
- In some situations, depending on how quickly we are notified, we may be able to make this change. We of course cannot guarantee, and often times cannot change the address once an order has been processed by our fulfillment center. lf you need to change a shipping address after your order is submitted, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800 36 81 795 and we will do our best to assist.
How do I know when my order ships?
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped from our warehouse. An order tracking number, carrier specification and a link so that you can access the order status will be available on the email.
How do I track my order?

What happens if my package gets lost?
